Overview:-
Diabetes is one of the serious and non-communicable disease (but can be transmitted genetically) in which capability of the body to create or produce and respond to the hormone insulin is reduced or damaged. Here in the article, you will find the relatable content about diabetes causes and prevention method.
Q. What is Insulin?
• Insulin is a hormone which is released automatically by the body to help in transportation of energy through the blood to the different parts of the body.
Insulin actually acts as a key during the transportation of energy within a body.
It sends the message to the cell for opening the mouth of it and let that to receive glucose.
Q. Will diabetes occurs due to excessive use of sugar and glucose?
• Definitely, not. It never occurs on your body due to the excess use of glucose or starch.
The more you take glucose, the more insulin will be produced by the pancreas and those starch will be oxidized within a minute when insulin hormone releases. But, when your glands fail to produce enough insulin hormone, they can’t oxidize enough glucose.
Due to the reason, the level of glucose remains constant inside a body like the first time when it was inhaled that’s why storing excess glucose made you the sugar patient.
Q. How many types of diabetes are there?
• They are of mainly two types. Both of them are beautifully described below:-
A) Type 1 diabetes.
B) Type 2 diabetes.
A) Type 1:-
» Type 1 diabetes is that type of sugar disease in which pancreas does not produce insulin hormone at all. Or, in another word, we can also say that the pancreas is almost damaged when a person is affected by this type.
Type 1 is also regarded as “Juvenile diabetes“. It is mainly seen in children and teenagers.
That’s why it is needed to diagnose at an early age.
Sometimes, it may occur in adults, however. Juvenile diabetes encounters Five to Ten percent of people with this sugar disease(according to the latest study).
B) Type 2:–
» Type 2 diabetes occurs when the pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin on your body or when cells fail to produce in the right way. This is called insulin resistance.
Type 2 is also regarded as “Adult-onset diabetes” because it was diagnosed later when the people cross 45 years of age. Adult-onset diabetes accounts for 90 to 95 percent of people with sugar patients.
Q. What are the sign and symptoms of diabetes?
• This type of patient often loses weight from the beginning stage.
• High level of glucose on a body occurs the excess level of urine production(which is also known as polyuria).
• Patient of sugar disease often feels excessive and constant thirst(which is also known as polydipsia).
• Willingness for an excessive appetite for food(also known as polyphagia).
• Most of the diabetes patient does have a problem with vision. They feel like a blurred vision with their eyes. That’s why blurred vision can also be one of the regarded symptoms.
• The patient may feel a headache sometimes(especially in the morning and at night).
• Patients’ wounds never get healed quicker as of normal people. Slow healing of cuts is one of the main symptoms of this disease.
• Sugar patient often feels like they are feeling tired even after half of an hour.
• They often feel like their skin is itched and the patient would probably want to scratch the body at any time. Therefore, itchy skin can also be symptoms of this disease.
CAUSES AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF DIABETES:-
Causes:-
• One of the main cause of this disease is genetics. It can also be transmitted from one generation to another generation.
• Due to the uncontrolled and unhealthy lifestyle.
• Due to pollution in the environment.
• Due to taking an unhealthy diet. For eg.: Using stuck food may affect metabolism and ultimately on the hormone-producing gland.
• Due to taking a lot of food without caring about the weight of oneself.
• Due to being obsessed.
• Due to less exercise.
Preventive measures of diabetes:-
» Being a diabetes patient, it is very hard to manage healthy lifestyles. But there are some possible ways to prevent and control this disease. Some of the preventive measures of diabetes are given below:-
• Reduce the use of sugar and refined carbs from your lunch on a daily basis.
• Start taking a hygienic sugar-free food.
• Perform physical exercise on a daily basis which helps you to increase insulin secretion and reduce starch or glucose level through sweat from your body.
• Take water as your primary beverage of six to seven litres per day. and stop immediately taking alcoholic products.
• Try to always balance your weight by avoiding obesity and additional sugary foods.

• Optimize the level of Vitamin ‘D’ that helps you to reduce the risk of having diabetes(living in the area of having a ray of sunlight in the morning may increase your Vitamin ‘D’ levels).
• Drinking coffee or tea have a little amount of sugar may increase the secretion of insulin and sensitivity which leads to balance your body and control diabetes.
• Never miss turmeric on your curries which contains curcumin that helps to increase the sensitivity and insulin secretion.
• Take herbs on a regular basis which contains berberine that helps to control your diabetes.
